Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment using different techniques such as breathing, noticing and gentle movement.  This helps us manage our thoughts and feelings that at times can feel overwhelming and out of control.  The benefits of practising mindfulness are numerous.  It has proven effects on stress, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviours it can also help with physical problems such as chronic pain and long term illness.

The wonderful thing about mindfulness is it's simplicity, it can be learned by almost anyone and used anywhere it's effects can be life changing
